Dr. Baker brings over 22 years of experience in education, spanning roles as a teacher, instructional leader, and administrator. She holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Over the past seven years, she has served this region in various capacities, including curriculum support, assistant principal, and principal. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Baker has been recognized for her strong commitment to instructional excellence, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a positive school culture. She has extensive experience leading professional development, implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and enhancing academic achievement through effective curriculum planning, classroom management, and teacher support.

Dr. Baker’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability, and equity. She is passionate about creating an environment where both students and staff thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
