Mrs. Dyson brings extensive experience in curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and community engagement, fostering a strong climate of academic excellence. With a Master’s in Educational Administration, experience as a Magnet Specialist, and service on Instructional Leadership Teams, she is well-prepared to make an immediate and meaningful impact at ILA.

As a Louisiana Math Content Leader and Mentor Teacher, Mrs. Dyson has designed and delivered high-quality professional development, supported new educators, and driven instructional growth. Her background as a Family Advocate and Magnet Specialist has strengthened her expertise in family engagement, community partnerships, and ensuring equitable access to programs for all students.
